Please look on the top of the unit to find the serial number.
Where can I find the serial number on an Exalt Boiler unit?
To find the serial number on an Exalt Floor or Wall boiler, please look toward the top of the right side panel of the unit.
Where can I find the serial number on a Gallant unit?
To find the serial number on a Gallant boiler, please look toward the bottom of the right side panel of the unit. The serial number will be four letters followed by 6 digits (e.g. IDGA250, IDGA299 or IDGA399).
